We are your reseller in Singapore. We have a brand new 4Ch NVR that cannot boot-up and seems dead machine that without any response. We have other 4ch/8ch NVR in stock also but don't have the bootup issue when we used the same monitor and same 48V power adaptor to test them. Can we know how u can replace us the parts or motherboard for this new NVR that we have received only a month? We opened the faulty NVR and see that the motherboard has red led near the on/off button switch, can u tell what is the issue?

1. NVR firmware problem, you may update the NVR firmware.
