Camera installation question‏

Hi I bought a set a cameras from you a while ago and had a questions about the cable.
If the RG59 cable is too short, can I add another one and use F81 connectors on each side to join the 2 cables together? but this way I'm afraid I'll lose the picture quality.

Hello Kaleb zewde, RG59 cable for video transmission can reach up to 100 - 300 meters. Thus I think use the F81 connectors one each side will not cause the lose the picture quality. In order to upgrade your analogue system to IP system in fucture, we suggest user to use Cat5 unshield twist pair cables with video balun for video surveillance system.
