Videos .AV format

Erobot cameras record videos in .AV format, and I can not find software that allows me to view them on a PC (without using CMS client), you could tell me what software are available for viewing or to convert them to other formats most used. Thank you so much

Thanks for your feedback.

The CMSClient software has built-in the playback function to allow users to play the .av video files.

Go to CMSClient's [Playback] section, then open the folder and select the .av files you intend to play.

Thanks for your answer but my question specifies without using the CMS CLIENT software since the police authorities do not use this software and ask that you deliver the recording in a commercial format. AVI or other. Do you know any software to convert the recording of .AV to another format. Thank you

You can use the VLC player to play the .av file.
However, you need to tweak the settings of the VLC player.
