Mini NVR can not detect HDD and USB Mouse

my NVR 8 Ch is not detecting 1TB sigate HDD and through HDMI on TV mouse is not working.some days ago it was working fine.
kindly help me immediately.

Did you use the included power adapter?
Although the NVR uses 5VDC 2A power adapter, the NVR needs to use the included power adapter, it will not work properly if using similar power adapters in the market.
